Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities - • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conduct face-to-face client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions to strengthen client relationships. • Manage end-to-end website updates, campaign execution, offer listings, and catalogue management for client accounts. • Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Operations, Product, Tech, Design, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Analyze account performance, prepare monthly business reviews (MBRs), campaign reports, and provide actionable insights to clients. • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and campaign benchmarks to recommend opportunities for account growth and optimizati
