Sistersville Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The DON will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality, resident-focused care, and maintain full compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, supervising and mentoring nurses and CNAs, managing staffing and scheduling, and driving quality improvement, infection control, and safety programs. The DON collaborates closely with physicians, therapists, and families to support dignified, personalized care in our community-oriented setting.
