Job Overview:We seeking a Professional Structural Engineer, P.E. licensed in the State of Florida, to become the Director of Engineering Department. The candidate should have extensive hands-on structural design experience who can manage projects, lead our engineering team, and work directly with clients.
Qualifications:Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of FloridaMinimum 25 years of experience in structural engineering and managementStrong hands-on experience in structural analysis and designExperience using ETABS and other structural engineering softwareExperience managing projects and leading or coordinating engineering staffGood written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working directly with clients and handling project issuesAble to work independently and make engineering decisionsStrong problem-solving and organizational skills
