Registered Nurse Educator

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to advance nursing practice across our integrated, community-focused health network. In this role, you will design and deliver evidence-based education, simulations, and competency programs for bedside nurses and interprofessional teams. You will assess learning needs, support onboarding and orientation, and mentor staff to enhance clinical quality, safety, and patient experience. Partnering with leadership, you will align education with organizational priorities, regulatory standards, and Wellstar’s culture of compassion, inclusion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
