Technical Service Engineer | Insulation | National

We're currently recruiting for a manufacturer of acoustic, fire, and thermal insulation for building facades and fire-stopping products. They're looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their team. This is a hybrid role based at home and in the office in Maesteg.

Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders on passive fire protection cavity barriers and firestops with a primary focus on the building envelope.
Collaborate with project management teams to address technical queries and provide solutions aligned with the project requirements and product specifications.
Analyse technical specifications, drawings, and project plans to advise on the best product selection, standards, and regulations.

Experience in a technical role, preferably passive fire protection.
Experience in technical writing, including the creation of technical reports.
Construction background.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Negotiable base salary depending on experience.
