On-Site Controller — Growth-Stage RNG Plant Finance Leader

C2NC seeks a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and finance for its RNG facility in Warsaw, NC. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the general ledger, close processes, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and controls while partnering with operations and lenders.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with a PEO for HR, and ensure audit, tax, and compliance readiness as the platform expands nationwide.
