<p><b>Job Title: Senior Accountant (QuickBooks &amp; Bill.com Expert) </b> </p><p><b>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India </b> </p><p><b>Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Monday – Friday) </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>About the Role: </b> </p><ul><li>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant (QuickBooks &amp; Bill.com Expert) with proven expertise in QuickBooks &amp; Bill.com to manage accounting operations for US-based clients. </li><li>This senior-level role requires advanced proficiency in QuickBooks &amp; Bill.com, a strong understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to lead complex accounting processes across multiple portfolios. </li><li>The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li>Handle full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks &amp; Bill.com, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets. </li><li>Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial consolidations. </li><li>Generate and analyze financial statements: P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support audit readiness and tax compliance. </li><li>Lead process improvement and automation efforts using NetSuite capabilities. </li><li>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members on NetSuite processes. </li><li>Ensure accounting activities comply with US GAAP and client-specific policies. </li><li>Regularly collaborate with external CPA firms and US-based finance teams. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: </b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. </li><li>6-8 years of experience in US Accounting, with QuickBooks &amp; Bill.com. </li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting. </li><li>Expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, and Multicurrency. </li><li>Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups). </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset. </li><li>Experience working in a BPO/KPO or with US CPA firms is highly desirable. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Why Join Us? </b> </p><ul><li>Collaborate with premium US clients in tech, real estate, and services sectors. </li><li>Opportunity to grow into Client Accounting Manager or ERP Finance Lead roles. </li><li>Skill-based growth environment with continuous learning and certification support. </li><li>Competitive compensation + performance incentives. </li> </ul>
