Senior Accountant – CA Inter | US IT Staffing | Noida (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the end-to-end accounting and financial operations of a growing US IT Staffing and Recruitment organization. This role requires strong expertise in client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close, along with a solid understanding of staffing industry financial operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Professional Staffing organization, possess excellent analytical and reconciliation skills, and be comfortable collaborating with recruiters, account managers, payroll providers, and clients.
