We're Hiring | Business Operations Manager – Insurance Broking

Location: Hyderabad

Novo Insurance Broking Services is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager to join our growing team.

If you have hands-on experience in insurance broking backend operations and enjoy coordinating with insurers and sales teams to deliver seamless service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Procure quotations from insurance companies.

Coordinate with internal sales teams and insurance company representatives.

Manage day-to-day insurance broking backend operations.

Ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.

Prepare operational reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance broking backend operations.

Proven experience in obtaining quotations from insurance companies.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Experience with Surety Bonds products will be an added advantage.
