Pellera is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to lead the administration, calculation, reporting, and governance of the company’s commission programs. Reporting to the Strategy Analyst, you will guide a team of analysts and serve as SME for commission processing and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate payments, data integrity, and process improvements that support sales performance and operational excellence.
