Job Title: Solar + BESS Design Engineer (Expert)

Location: Pinnacle Tower, Sector 142, Noida

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: 10 Lpa-12 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solar + BESS Design Engineer to lead the design and engineering of utility-scale and commercial hybrid Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer Solar PV & BESS projects.
• Prepare electrical and mechanical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs.
• Perform energy yield analysis and system optimization using PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER Pro .
• Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, UL , and other applicable standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
• 5–7 years of experience in Solar PV and/or BESS design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER Pro .
• Strong knowledge of power systems, energy storage technologies, and electrical design standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
