We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to coordinate AI engineering projects, manage project execution, facilitate communication between technical and business teams, and ensure successful delivery of client implementations.

The Technical Project Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, tracking, and delivering multiple AI and software development projects. This position requires excellent project coordination skills, strong communication, and the ability to work closely with AI engineers, developers, QA teams, clients, and leadership.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Coordinate multiple AI and software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Business Teams.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and project status reviews.
• Coordinate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira boards and monitor task progress.
• Assign and track project tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Follow up on pending action items.
• Escalate project risks and blockers to leadership.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in release planning and production deployments.
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Support resource planning and workload management.
• Coordinate onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.
• Ensure compliance with company project management standards and quality processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and India.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, or IT Operations.
• Experience coordinating Agile or Scrum software development projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, software development, cloud technologies, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
