Interior design lead

Role Overview
As an Interior Design Lead , you will drive design excellence while managing a team of designers and multiple residential interior projects. You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and strong execution aligned with Livspace standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers
Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover
Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3 D design approvals
Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines
Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations
Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery
Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design
Proven experience in team handling and project management
Strong expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
