We are looking for a Training Lead with strong experience in the preschool/early childhood education industry to lead and mentor a team of Training Specialists.

The role will be closely connected to the preschool industry, focusing on curriculum implementation, teacher training, school engagement, and ensuring strong learning and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Training Specialists

• Drive curriculum implementation across preschool partner schools

• Build teacher capability through effective training

• Monitor account health, service quality, and learning outcomes

• Handle customer escalations and implementation challenges

• Build strong relationships with school leaders

• Support customer retention, renewals, and growth

• Drive team performance and adherence to SLAs
