Job Description Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects valued at $15M+. Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and overall project performance. Collaborate with Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved. Drive project communication and provide regular updates to internal leadership teams. Oversee project risk management, quality control, and contract administration activities. Coordinate and manage ground-up construction and renovation projects across healthcare, higher education, and senior living sectors. Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and constructability. Utilize construction management software and technology platforms to support project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role within commercial construction. Proven experience managing projects with minimal training or supervision. Experience working for a recognized commercial general contractor. Strong tenure and career stability within previous organizations. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and project teams. Experience delivering projects within healthcare, higher education, senior living, or related commercial sectors. Preferred Experience Ground-up construction experience. Experience overseeing renovation and tenant improvement projects. Familiarity with Bluebeam or comparable construction technology platforms. Desire to build a long-term career within a growing organization.
