Educator Role at Initiative Sewa Foundation (ISF), Pune

We aim to touch lives personally, nurturing growth through meaningful conversations, gamified learning, sports, music, medical care, and more.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate educators committed to making a difference in children’s lives and shaping tomorrow.
• A minimum commitment of 6 months is required.
• Prior teaching experience is mandatory , and a B.Ed. or D.Ed. qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Comfortable travelling daily to 2-3 orphanages on a two-wheeler (licence required).
• Open to learning and teaching innovative topics like Spoken English, Computer Applications, and Digital Arts (training provided).
• Prior experience working with children is mandatory. We are not considering freshers for this role.

What to Expect:

• This is not a regular 9-to-5 job; it’s a dynamic and flexible role offering full-time only.
• You’ll engage with Children across K-12 levels through creative and impactful activities like drama, music, sports, and medical initiatives.
