What You’ll DoLead day-to-day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performanceCreate a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departmentsDrive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin managementMaintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standardsOversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrinkLead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountabilityFoster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the storePartner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team developmentHandle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every timeSupport all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performanceEnsure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiativesMaintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers
