What You’ll Do
- Follow Thomasville’s Project Concierge Playbook 100%
- Plan and manage project timelines and milestones
- Develop and track budgets across all aspects of roofing projects
- Advocate for insurance supplements when needed
- Assign project tasks to appropriate teams or subcontractors
- Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and subcontractors
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to align on scope, funding, and timelines
- Provide weekly updates to internal teams and adjusters
- Adjust project schedules to meet deadlines and profitability goals
- Order and manage project materials and equipment
- Create and process change orders
- Submit and code receipts while maintaining accurate job costing
- Use conflict resolution skills to address project challenges professionally
- Assist with collections including deductibles, milestone payments, and signatures
- Manage steep-slope roofing projects from inspection through project completion
- Experienced in managing construction, restoration, or home improvement projects
- Knowledgeable in roofing systems including shingle and low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and Modified Bitumen
- Familiar with roofing inspections, estimating, and profitability analysis
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and conducting in-home consultations
- Strong communicator with leadership and relationship-building skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and project management software such as Next Gear Dash
- Empathetic, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Willing to learn Thomasville’s sales process and contribute toward quarterly sales goals
