About Rol e : We're looking for a Customer Success Manag er to own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships. You will help customers maximize the value of the Kyvos platform while driving renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer succes s.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with enterprise customers, solving business challenges proactively, and contributing directly to revenue growt h. Key Responsibiliti e s: Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers throughout the post-sales lifecyc le.Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholde rs.Drive customer onboarding of use cases, adoption, and measurable business outcom es.Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic account planni ng.Own customer renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportuniti es.Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and improve retenti on.Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services tea ms.Champion customer feedback and advocate for customer success internal ly. What We're Looking F or: 6–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Enterprise S aaS.Experience managing enterprise customers and commercial discussions around renewals and gro wth.Strong understanding of Data Analytics, AI, Cloud Data Platforms, or BI technolog ies.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication ski lls.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer goals into business outco mes.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is prefer red. Preferred Experi e nce: Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, or modern AI/BI/data platf orms.Knowledge of Semantic Layer, Data Governance, or Enterprise AI solutions is an advan tage.
