Are you a React pro with a passion for clean UI, modernframeworks, and Al-driven applications? We're on thelookout for a React.JS Team Lead to join our dynamicteam and drive the frontend transformation of acutting-edge Al/ML application.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and deliver Ul improvements in collaboration withour backend and product teams.
• Translate UX/UI designs into high-performing, scalablefrontend code.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers while handlingmultiple concurrent tasks.
• Write unit and automated tests, debug and optimiseperformance.
• Support deployment, documentation, and DevOpsprocesses.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional, virtual teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-9 years of development experience, with 3-4 years inReact.js
• Hands-on experience with Hooks, Redux/MobX/Flux,Middleware (Thunk/Saga), and lifecycle methods.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Webpack, Babel,Jest.
• Strong communication and Agile experience.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovative leadership.
