We specialize in residential, commercial, and municipal sewer, water, septic, drainage, and waterproofing projects throughout the greater Chicagoland area and surrounding communities. Our work ranges from residential service and system installations to larger commercial and municipal infrastructure projects. We handle everything from excavation and underground utility installation to advanced septic treatment systems, sewer rehabilitation, and drainage solutions. We've invested heavily in our people, equipment, and operations, and we're continuing to expand our field crews and capabilities. We're looking for an experienced construction leader who wants to be part of that growth and help us continue building a strong, organized, and productive field operation. About the Position We're hiring a Construction Superintendent / Field Operations Supervisor to oversee our field crews and help manage the daily execution of projects. This isn't a position where you'll simply show up to a jobsite and watch a crew work. We're looking for someone who understands underground construction, can lead people, solve problems, manage resources, and take responsibility for getting projects completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. You'll work directly with company management, our office staff, and field crews to coordinate schedules, equipment, materials, and jobsite operations.
