Job Description
Our client, a leading professional services and consulting firm, is hiring a Campus Recruiting Coordinator! This is a hybrid role paying $35/hr.

In this role, you will support Marketing Operations by managing and launching in-product advertising campaigns, including banners and pop-ups. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, using data, spreadsheets, and internal tools while coordinating with Marketing and other teams to ensure campaigns are accurate and launched successfully.
Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Communicate with candidates to provide updates and information throughout the recruitment processAssist with preparing and distributing offer letters and other recruitment-related documents
Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of related experience in administrative support, coordination, or recruitingExperience with data tracking and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
