To support a growing team, the full-time Accounting Team Leader will oversee accounting functions and team performance remotely, while assisting in process improvements and providing administrative support to the Senior Managing Director. Key responsibilities Assist in overseeing teams in the Philippines, including reviewing contractor invoices and monitoring performance Identify and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations Prepare reports and facilitate training sessions for team onboarding and offboarding activities Required qualifications CPA required Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required At least 10 years of audit/accounting experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, including 3 years in a managerial role At least 5 years of supervisory experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
