Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive, Business Development located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing new business development initiatives through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic planning. Additionally, the Sr. Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, contributing to account management, and expanding the client portfolio. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to achieve sales goals and ensure long-term client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and execute growth opportunities. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and presentations. Knowledge and experience in Business strategies, with the ability to align with organisational goals. Experience with Account Management and building long-term client relationships. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Understanding of the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industries is advantageous. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or B. Pharm/M. Pharm a related field is preferred.
