Job Description Manage construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Oversee project cost controls and identify opportunities to improve project performance. Work closely with field teams and Superintendents to drive successful project execution. Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, and turnover. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Proven track record managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of contracts, subcontractor management, and project controls. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
