Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your career, we welcome dependable, compassionate individuals who have a genuine passion for helping others.We're hiring for a consistent daytime schedule at our locations in Northwest Indiana.What You'll DoAs a DSP, you'll help individuals with their daily routines while encouraging independence, personal choice, and community involvement.Your responsibilities will include:Building positive relationships through conversation, activities, and shared experiencesSupporting daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and household routinesEncouraging independence and helping individuals work toward their personal goalsAssisting with medication administration according to training and company proceduresSupporting community outings, appointments, and recreational activitiesFollowing individualized support plans and safety proceduresCompleting accurate and timely service documentationCommunicating important updates and concerns to supervisorsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, caring, proactive, and committed to providing quality support .Experience is welcome, but not required!
