Role Overview

When a customer enquiries about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with the customer, understand the nature of their issue in detail, assess if it is a genuine enquiry,

counsel them about our approach, convert it into a qualified lead, and forward it to our doctors for consultation.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, Whats App & Chat. Engage empathetically with customers to understand their concerns and gather relevant details. Validate and qualify genuine enquiries. Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic care model. Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team. Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Deliver a compassionate and high-quality customer experience.

Skills & Requirements Any Graduate can apply Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years in Sales / Support / BPO (Customer support/Telecom Sales) /(D2 C / Healthcare / Wellness preferred) Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY. Preferred: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada will be Highly Desirable. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset. Prior experience in Telesales / Customer Support is a plus.

Pay Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 + 5000 Variance

Work Hours 10 AM - 6 PM, subject to change for evening shift based on business requirement
