Unqiue Family Medicine Role- function as an allergist
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F 8-5 Pay Rate: $275000.00 - $275000.00
Are you tired of regular primary care & looking for a new adventure? Do you have an interest in allergy & immunology? This offers an opportunity to earn a % of net profit in addition to the base salary.
No prior allergy & immunology experience required. Will train!
Incoming candidate can expect:
· Large Independent specialty group- physician owned
· Fully functioning allergy clinic
· Outpatient Only- 0 nights. 0 weekends.
· Volumes: 10-15/day
· Shots/Biologic patients oversight
·$275,000 Base + % of net profit + revenue incentive bonus
- Earning Potential- $400K+
- Year 1-2 keep 25% net profit exceeding salary
- Year 3-4 keep 35% net profit exceeding salary
- Year 5 & beyond- keep 50% of net profit exceding salary
- 10k relocation allowance
- 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual)
