You'll provide customer support, help train pharmacy staff, participate in software testing, and serve as a bridge between real-world pharmacy workflows and pharmacy management technology. This is a chance to leave the traditional pharmacy environment without leaving your pharmacy expertise behind.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Workflow Support: Guide pharmacy staff through software features, daily operational questions, and workflow best practices.
• Onboarding & Training: Conduct user training on system updates, core modules, and new feature releases.
• Product Testing: Assist in testing new software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes from a technician's perspective.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for our pharmacy partners to ensure their daily operations run smoothly.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–10 years of hands-on experience as a Pharmacy Technician (Retail, Compounding, LTC, or In-Patient).
• Certification: CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) required.
• Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy mindset with natural comfort using software applications and learning new tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our office in Caro, MI.
