Partner to drive collaboration across multiple processes.

Position Overview

The Leasing Manager is tasked with overseeing and managing the leasing process for

residential properties of our clients. This involves leading leasing activities, enforcing

qualification standards, and managing a team of leasing professionals. The role

focuses on maintaining efficient leasing operations, ensuring a positive resident

experience, and upholding high standards for resident qualification. Strong leadership,

technological proficiency, and a dedication to providing exceptional leasing services are

essential for success in this position.

Location : Gurugram (On-site, floor-based)

Shift : Night Shift — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Transport : Company cab provided (pick-up & drop)

Qualification & Experience Required: 4-7 Years of International Voice Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a leasing team and minimize vacancy on available properties
  • Develop and update qualification standards for prospective residents, ensuring
  • compliance with fair housing laws.
  • Communicate and reinforce property qualification standards to the leasing team.
  • Provide guidance on evaluating applicant qualifications, conducting reference checks, and interpreting credit and background reports.
  • Implement and utilize technology platforms for leasing, including virtual property tours, online applications, and digital lease signings.
  • Ensure team members are proficient in using work tools, such as video conferencing, project management, and communication platforms.
  • Oversee the review of rental applications, ensuring thorough evaluation of income verification, references, and other required documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address any discrepancies or issues in applications.
  • Coordinate and optimize virtual property tours for prospective residents.
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive resident experience throughout the leasing process.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to make informed decisions on applicant qualifications.
  • Provide final approval for leases and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Stay informed about relevant leasing laws and regulations
  • Ensure the leasing team is educated on and compliant with fair housing and other applicable regulations.
  • Analyse leasing performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Implement improvements and adjustments to enhance leasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for leasing team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree is compulsory.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.

Working Hours:

Our organization adheres to the following working hour arrangement:

Workdays: Employees work five days a week with fixed off on Saturday and Sunday.

Shift Timings: Our working hours are synchronized with the US Pacific Time Zone.

Shift Duration: Each working shift spans a duration of 9 hours.
