Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic review and analysis of financial records, bank statements, transactions, and supporting documents to identify irregularities, fraud indicators, and fund flow patterns.
• Perform background research, public domain intelligence (OSINT), and related party analysis to identify key individuals, entities, and potential conflict-of-interest concerns.
• Support collection, review, and analysis of financial and digital data, and assist in correlating evidence from multiple sources.
• Assist investigation teams during interviews, statement recording, evidence gathering, and field investigation activities.
• Prepare analytical schedules, fund-flow analyses, evidence matrices, and investigation working papers to support findings.
• Identify potential violations of the Companies Act and other applicable laws and assist in developing legally supportable conclusions.
• Contribute to drafting investigation reports, factual matrices, annexures, and presentations for regulatory, legal, and enforcement purposes.
• Liaise with internal teams, forensic specialists, legal professionals, banks, regulators, and other stakeholders during the investigation process.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, auditing, and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to review large volumes of financial and documentary evidence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
