We are creating a modern luxury skincare house for India —a brand built on precision, performance, and understated sophistication. To bring this vision to life, we seek a Cosmetologist/Formulation Specialist who understands the art and science of skincare at a deeper level.

The Role

You will be part of the team that will be responsible for creation of high-performance, luxury-grade formulations across cleansers, moisturizers, serums, sunscreens, and grooming essentials. Your work will define the tactile identity of the brand—textures that glide, absorb, and perform with quiet excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated, lightweight, non-greasy formulations tailored for Indian skin and climate.
• Curate and work with premium actives—peptides, ceramides, antioxidants, anti-pollution complexes, and modern dermocosmetic ingredients.
• Conduct stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with BIS, CDSCO, and global cosmetic standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to translate lab brilliance into scalable luxury.
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to craft ingredient stories and claims rooted in science and elegance.

Ideal Profile

• Deep understanding of cosmetic chemistry and modern formulation techniques.
• Experience in premium skincare, dermocosmetics, or men’s grooming (preferred).
• Sensitivity to melanin-rich skin physiology and India’s environmental conditions.
• Strong documentation, regulatory, and lab execution skills.
• A creator’s mindset—someone who values precision, purity, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Advanced certifications in formulation science are an advantage.
