Role Description:
- This is an online / remote / hybrid role for Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing clinical services, including psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions to clients across a range of mental health concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, administering and interpreting psychological tests, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and developing treatment plans aligned with best practice standards.
- Where applicable, the role also involves offering clinical supervision or guidance to junior team members where appropriate, participating in case discussions, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- The eligible candidates will also be engaged for corporate seminars and workshops through our EAP programs.

Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, client-focused interventions.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Experience working with diverse Mental Health presentations, including mood, anxiety, stress-related, and adjustment concerns, using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision or clinical guidance, supporting ethical practice, case formulation, and professional development within the team.
- Recognized licensure or registration as a Clinical Psychologist, and a master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field.
- Strong clinical documentation skills, adherence to professional ethics, and familiarity with confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport and work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including secure use of telehealth platforms and digital tools for sessions, records, and collaboration.
- Prior experience in outpatient or community mental health settings in Gurugram or similar urban environments is an advantage.
