About the Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building, and other maintenance duties. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: Develop skills to perform basic preventative and reactive maintenance. Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
