To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Job Description HII-Mission Technologies’ Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to assist the Program Manager in overseeing all aspects of program execution and operational delivery. This role ensures alignment with evolving J3, CNMF, and ARES mission priorities and coordinates workforce actions across multiple sites. The DPM serves as the secondary interface with Government stakeholders on technical, contractual, and project-related matters. Responsibilities include managing program data, monitoring contract deliverables, guiding cross‑competency teams, and supporting resource, financial, and administrative management to ensure successful program performance. Essential Job Responsibilities

• Track and interpret changing J3, CNMF, and ARES priorities; coordinate with Site Leads to adjust workforce support accordingly.
• Lead and direct cross‑competency teams to ensure integrated and effective support to mission requirements.
• Maintain program data and prepare materials for briefings, milestone reviews, and status updates.
• Oversee contractor deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Develop and refine procedures for planning, managing, and executing contractual data requirements and administrative support tasks.

• Background in driving technical initiatives and integrating emerging capabilities into mission environments.
• Experience in assessing program risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and preparing budget proposals to support risk management.
