Customer support executive (international voice )

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international customers. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally. Provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow communication scripts, processes, and quality standards. Document customer interactions and update relevant systems. Meet defined performance, quality, and customer-service targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate degree is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice/customer support. Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
