Job Description
Opera Garden is an approximately 16-acre premium residential township at Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur, adjoining Sector 20, Panchkula. The development includes multistorey residential towers, commercial spaces, a clubhouse and extensive central green areas. Several towers are completed and occupied, while additional towers and common facilities are under planning or development.
Chandigarh Colonisers Private Limited is seeking an experienced and independent Design Adviser/Senior Design Manager to represent the developer in reviewing the existing project, selecting and appointing the Lead Architect, and coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, landscape and interior-design consultants.
