The Opportunity
We are looking for a
VP – Business Development
to own and scale our enterprise revenue growth engine. This is a
founding leadership role
for a commercially driven leader who has built go-to-market motions from the ground up in a B2B startup, SaaS, or product environment and brings an established network of enterprise relationships that can be activated from day one. You will work directly with the CEO and Co-Founders to define market strategy, open new enterprise accounts, build strategic partnerships, and establish the company with the right decision-makers across priority industries. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable
designing GTM strategy, picking up the phone, opening CXO doors, and personally driving deals forward . You will own outcomes — not simply the plan.

Progression will be evaluated through measurable outcomes such as: Enterprise revenue from new accounts Qualified pipeline and conversion Strategic partnerships that generate business Successful entry into priority segments Development of a repeatable business development function
Broader leadership responsibility will follow demonstrated results and readiness to lead the function.
Key Responsibilities
Own GTM Strategy & Execution Define and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy. Identify target segments, ICPs, positioning, pricing approaches, and sales motions. Translate strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Personally lead execution alongside the founding team.
Build & Own the Enterprise Pipeline
Identify, engage, and convert enterprise prospects across
FinTech, Manufacturing, Retail, eCommerce, and IT . Leverage an existing enterprise network while building new outbound channels. Create opportunities with senior business and technology
