ACL Digital is Hiring Manufacturing Engineer for contract role in Tukwila, WA Title- Manufacturing Engineer Position Overview: Manufacturing Engineers are owners of the build plan and ensure compliance to design configuration and process requirements, Manufacturing Engineering performs Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) analysis and develops an integrated build plan consisting of work instructions for assembly/fabrication, kitting, tooling, inspection requirements, and other outputs to endure fabrication meets design, test, and program requirements. Position Responsibilities: • Participates in program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. • Leads and works with Test Project Management, Design Engineering, and Program IE to develop and maintain integrated build plans. • Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. • Coordinates with fabrication personnel and lead coordination with procurement/supplier management personnel. • Works across groups to coordinate and track part status and shipping with supplier management and MMO. • Develops and documents BT
