Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Customer Service Representative role based in Kochi. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries about holiday packages, bookings, payments, and itinerary changes, and provide clear, accurate information. Daily tasks include resolving issues, processing requests, documenting interactions in the system, and escalating complex concerns when necessary. The role also involves following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution of service requests, and adhering to call center quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and providing high-quality Customer Service.
• Customer support capabilities, such as managing Customer Support interactions and maintaining positive Customer Experience.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with call center tools, telephony systems, and basic computer applications (email, CRM, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work in shifts, manage high call volumes, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
• Prior experience in a call center or travel/tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is beneficial.
