Experience with leading ice cream brands (Must)

Strong exposure to Hyderabad / Telangana market (Must)

Hands-on in territory & distributor management

Responsibilities

Appointment of distributors & strengthen retail network

Ensure cold-chain compliance, freezer placement & utilization

Achieve sales targets through effective planning & execution

Drive primary & secondary sales growth

Coordinate with marketing & supply chain for retail readiness

Lead, train, and review the performance of sales executives

Strong focus on execution, visibility, and distribution reach
