Plant head

Location: Hyderabad

We're looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our tool room and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CNC machining and a proven track record of leading production teams in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day plant and tool room operations. Drive production planning to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Manage and mentor supervisors, programmers, engineers, and machine operators. Optimise machine utilisation and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, and Quality teams. Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety.

Requirements

Diploma/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience in tool room or precision manufacturing. Hands-on experience with CNC Machines is mandatory. Proven experience leading production teams and shop floor operations. Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and drawings. Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing is preferred.
