Financial Planning Lead

Our client is a growing RIA seeking a Financial Planning Lead to support the delivery of comprehensive financial planning services to HNW clients. This individual will serve as a key technical planning resource for advisors, helping develop financial plans, address complex planning needs, and maintain consistent planning standards across the firm.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, maintain, and update comprehensive financial plans and analyses for high-net-worth clients.Support financial advisors in identifying planning opportunities and developing tailored recommendations.Serve as an internal resource for complex financial planning questions and strategies.Assist with client meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-up items.Collaborate with advisors and client service teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality planning experience.Help develop and improve financial planning processes and workflows.
