Position Overview
The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts will join the team on a temporary, part-time assignment for approximately 3 months, supporting the retail floor leading up to the opening of a new store. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, creating a warm and engaging shopping experience, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.
Responsibilities Of The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts
Greet and welcome customers while providing a friendly, personalized experience.Assist customers and anticipate their needs.Support the retail floor and day-to-day store operations.Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging sales floor.Build positive relationships with customers and team members.Communicate effectively with different personalities and team members.Take initiative to resolve customer needs and support store goals.Follow store policies and procedures.
Required Experience/Skills For The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts
Customer service experience.Strong communication skills.Comfortable working in a sales-driven retail environment.Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.Basic technology skills.Ability to work on your feet in a retail environment.
