Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $82.45 - $89.25
This facility is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Beginning in December/January, Flexible schedule, Call coverage required. Seeking 2 to 3 providers.
- Patients per day: 16
- Practice Setting: Out patient
- Scope: General primary care evaluation and management, preventive care services, chronic management, post-acute care service as needed.
- State Licensure: Vermont License Preferred
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
