About the Role:

Galli is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retention Associate to strengthen relationships with our existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers from our existing database through outbound calls, understand their needs, encourage repeat purchases, and deliver a delightful brand experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and achieving sales and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers from Galli's existing customer database on a daily basis.
• Build strong relationships and create a positive customer experience.
• Inform customers about new collections, offers, launches, and exclusive promotions.
• Encourage repeat purchases and improve customer retention.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend relevant products.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, retention, inside sales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Bengali proficiency is an added advantage.
• Confident on phone with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Excel.
• Target-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
