Key Responsibilities & Must Have:

• Design, configure, and support SAP FICO functionalities with a focus on Design, configure, and support SAP FICO functionalities with a focus on:
• Intercompany STO process from FI side – configuration, master data set-up, pricing set-up, Postings.
• IDoc process – IDoc flow, partner profile, massage type, monitoring & troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Work on month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and interfaces
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and training materials
• Support project initiatives including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support as needed.

STO Responsibilities & Must Have:

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of Intercompany Stock Transfer Order (STO) processes within SAP FICO.
• Configure and maintain STO-related master data, pricing procedures, movement types, and financial postings.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to intercompany transactions, inventory movements, billing, and accounting impacts.
• Manage and support IDoc integrations for STO processes, including partner profiles, message types, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements related to intercompany procurement and logistics processes.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT for STO-related developments and enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring accurate intercompany reconciliations and financial postings.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and provide end-user training and support.
• Participate in SAP enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Fixed Asset Accounting (acquisitions, capitalization, depreciation, and retirements).
• Knowledge of Parallel Ledger Accounting and multi-ledger financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger Accounting, financial postings, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Park & Post functionalities, approval workflows, and document validations.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and intercompany process optimization.
