Senior Project Manager – Banking Transformation Location: Trivandrum | Initially office-based; eventually minimum 3 days/week hybrid Experience: 12–16 years Industry: Banking / Financial Technology The Opportunity We are looking for an exceptional Transformation Leader to drive complex banking technology and SaaS transformation programs for leading financial institutions. This is not a conventional project management role. You will work across business, product, engineering, architecture and executive leadership, taking ownership of complex programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on and create measurable client impact. What You'll Do Lead complex banking technology transformation programs end-to-end Translate strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders Lead globally distributed Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA and Consulting teams Own governance, scope, risks, dependencies and program economics Anticipate delivery challenges and drive timely resolution Challenge assumptions and drive better solutions Build a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance What We're Looking For 12–16 years of experience in software/project/program management Strong Banking/BFSI transformation experience Experience leading complex enterprise programs Strong executive-level communication and client management Experience managing globally distributed teams Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC and enterprise SaaS delivery Strong commercial, financial and problem-solving capability Consulting/transformation experience strongly preferred PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP is an advantage Strong ownership mindset with hands-on delivery orientation Ideal Background Professionals from premium consulting/strategy firms, banking technology organizations, enterprise SaaS companies or major banking transformation programs.
