We’re Hiring | Quality Analyst - Spanish Language
Location: Noida

Language: Spanish + English
Shift: 24*7
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with U.S. collections laws and regulations , including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
- Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention.
- Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish voice / Spanish-speaking processes — mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills .
- B2 level or above Spanish language certification — mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a process-driven environment.
