Team Lead (Client Service/ Social Media)

REQUIREMENTS • 4–6 years of overarching experience spanning Client Servicing, Account Management, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, PR, and Digital Marketing — not just depth in one area. • Proven experience managing or leading a team, with a track record of driving them toward clear goals. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. • Hands-on experience in PR, media relations, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. • Strong project management and organizational abilities. • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar. • A demonstrated bias for ownership — examples of having driven outcomes rather than just executed tasks.
